Backdrops:
Click here to see backdrop options. It is recommended to do the studio session on a solid paper backdrop (e.g., white, gray, black, or bone). Some of the textured backdrops I have are also large enough. If you see something you like, just ask if it will work!
FAQ
Can the whole family be in the photos?
This special Mother's Day package is just for moms (or grandma, aunt, etc.) and children. If you would like a family session or extended family session, please book a full session so we have enough time and space.
What if I want additional images?
Not a problem! You will have the option to purchase additional images when your proofs are delivered. Additional images are $30 each or 4 for $100.
Do you have props we can use?
Yes, I have some props. If there is something specific you want - let me know!
Do you offer prints or wall art?
Absolutely! When your gallery is delivered you will have the option to purchase wall art, prints, etc.
I have a specific theme/backdrop in mind. Do you do custom themes?
Yes, for an additional $100 I will create a custom set based on your theme or purchase the backdrop you wish to use. This fee may be waived if it's something I'm willing to add to my collection. Just ask!
When should I book my session? How do I book?
It's best to book your session 4-6 weeks in advance. Just click the "book a session" box below to get started and mention that you have a gift certificate for a Motherhood session.
What's an online gallery?
The online gallery is a link to your images. I send you all the usable images from the session so you can choose which ones you would like. After you choose your images, I will make any final edits/retouching that is needed. I will then send you the link again when your images are ready to download. You can download the images right from the online gallery. The purpose of the online gallery is so that you can view and choose your images on your own schedule. We don't have to meet up again to view and choose images.
What's your turnaround time?
About 2-3 weeks from start to finish during the busy season. You will receive your proofs within one week of your session. From there you have one week to choose your images. After you make your selections, I will send you your final images within one week from the date you make your choices. The quicker you make your selections, the quicker you will get. your photos back. Please keep in mind these are maximum time lines and I do try to turnaround galleries as quickly as possible.
I do offer rush editing for an additional fee. With rush editing, you will receive your proofs within 36 hours, you have 24 hours to make your selections and you will receive your edited gallery within 48 hours of finalizing your selections.
